You could just leave 10v supply via a 100 ohm resistor on it for a day then as Joe says fire it in the Radio, I'm sure they will be fine.
I've found after a cap has reached the supply volts and the resistor isn't passing any appreciable current a good idea is to discharge and charge again. A changeover relay on a simple timer of 10 mins or whatever works well that will change and discharge the cap. Normally you find the value and ESR recovers well doing this.
