Hi.
I've now installed CUPS and my network HP printer/scanner. I'm getting more used to "terminal" and configuring things. I've loaded rune audio into a spare micro SD card. Next month I'll splash out on an SSD about 120Gb.

Well things came to a halt with the 3B+.
I have wanted to use GQRX on it as a portable, no way can i get GQRX to run, I've been on the Pi forum, Google groups and many other sites for help with no avail.
It looks as if the support for the 3B+ is poor, its a 64 bit processor now and many of the previous software wont run.
I've really worn my patience out with these little devices and I didn't buy any of the items I said in my previous post thank goodness.
I think it will be destined to file 13......

The number of times I have found computer based things to hit a snag that takes days to sort and is really so simple in the end. I had problems with serial (USB) communication with my Arduino via a C++ program. It took longer with that than designing and construction the voltmeter that required it. It will likely hit you in a flash when you have put it to one side.

GQRX gas been made to run on a Pi 3 which is 64 bit.

Have you tried contacting the guy that did that?

Hi Nick.
Yes I left a message on Google groups re the issue. No reply as yet but seems like a well known problem.
