Has anyone used this company and are they any good?

I need a source of Xiilinx CPLD breakout boards like these:

Or other suggested sources of similar boards. The idea is to make a Xilinx Coolrunner (or the older 9500 series) device easily usable. The one I've quoted is one of the smaller CPLDs made by Xilinx. Bigger ones would be useful too.
I've checked Banggood and Lighinthebox neither of which have anything, apart from a solitary Altera based module. I've got good Xilinx infrastructure so have no wish to use Altera.
There's a fair bit of stuff on ebay but I'm not an ebay user.
