B9A plugs are getting harder to come by these days, a quick search found these in the links below.
The first is a link to some 31mm diameter x 2mm boards drilled out for B9A.
The second is a link to some 1mm double ended solder terminals.
The boards could be reduced to a smaller diameter if required.
The pins could be sandwiched between two boards using some epoxy to secure everything.
Soldered connections could then be made to the back of the assembly, then heat shrink tubing fitted if needed.
Just an idea.
