Picked this up at a local auction was waiting for another item but as no one wanted this I thought I better save it as it was only £1.
It was in fair condition but needed a good clean.
A fresh set of PP7’s got some life but she was a little intermittent,
Removing the boards and attending to the various dry joints seems to have sorted that

All in all not a bad little set.
But sadly missing one knob and I do not seem to have anything suitable in my meagre collection off odd one.
Could someone that has this set do me a picture of the knob and let me know what size it is so I can keep a lookout at radio rallies etc
The one knob that is still there is white with brass insert
Cheers
Vince
Hi,

Well worth a quid Vince; well done and thanks for sharing.

Good luck in obtaining a knob but if you would like to have a go at making a knob Tony has added a great deal of useful information and it would make an interesting project in its own right if you had a go at making a suitable knob?

Kind regards, Col.
The Stella and Cossor versions have similar knobs but they had silver brights as I remember, the Cossor one was my parents first tranny radio.
