If you go into settings (Gear Wheel) you can get subtitles, he's been doing it for 30 years …  Amazing he can paint so high into the neck.
 
 When I'm trying to touch up a radio dial I will thinks of this fella.  How he can do it holding the bottle in one hand and the brush in the other with no shake is amazing.

I have an artist friend who is considering trying this. 
She is very adept, in water colours, acrylics and oils. Makes enamel jewellery too. Paints amazing pictures.
Touching up scale glasses is easy for her, infinite patience.

Here are some pics of one I bought at a local auction.  Quality is remarkable and it must be difficult not to scratch the side you have done.  Came in an elegant box and signed by the artist... could it be the chap in the video.

Notice the Chinese characters which must have been inverted horizontally.  These are only 2-3mm, the bottle is 80mm tall and the neck hole 9mm.
