Largely as others have said... Probably won't matter. But keep this wire well away from others, especially triode grid wiring and components, which are obviously pretty close (same valveholder... ). A few pF between could turn it into quite an effective oscillator. If it hoots at several tens of kHz you won't hear it and might just think performance is really disappointing.
