Oh dear! I hope not! Radio 390 was co-channel with Stockholm and, as Radio 390 closed down at midnight (with the National Anthem) it couldn't have been heard overnight, assuming the Swedish stations were off-air.
By the way, pre WARC 79 the frequency was 773kHz (388m)
Radio 390 had an advantage over the ship based pirates because the base of its mast was quite some distance above the water whereas the ship's masts started off very close to sea level.
