Not sure what all this buiness with decimal places is for. You've got an oscillation in the 30kHz range. Exact frequency irrelevant except that 33kHz is unlikely to be parasitic. You've got a valve that can amplify up to VHF and is just waiting for any chance to oscillate at 10's if not over 100MHz. Get that solved and you may well find that the 33kHz goes away too.
Remember that although you think you're building an audio amplifier the valve doesn't know that. Everything round that valve has to be built to VHF standards.
