If your house has RCD protection forall sockets then there's no need for a plug in one.
It's worth noting that unlike fuses and MCBs , there is no useful fault discrimination with RCDs. If you cascade a 10mA and 30mA RCD and have a 30mA fault there is no way of predicting which will trip first. This is barely relevant to domestic usage but the only way to get RCD discrimination is with a time delay RCD.
