Your 5 Litre jobby is a really handy size. The DAC90A parts have come up brilliantly - the wave-change switch looks like new. Far better than a few squirts of that supposedly magic potion 'Deoxit', 'Servisol' or whatever. (Six cans of Deoxit = one 2L ultrasonic bath!). The four valve bases are sparkling too, which - if I'm not mistaken - are for 4CX250Bs. (Is the upgraded DAC90A project on the back burner? It's not as though you're twiddling your thumbs looking for things to do with your time!!).
Yes, the baths do make quite a racket - like you, I use mine in the utility room. I've stopped bothering to put the lid on as it rattles like crazy.
