I found a scribbled copy of the circuit a few years ago and made a neat copy. Here it is:

It came in the mail finally. Looks like a well made piece of test equipment. Took the cover off and everything looked good except the composite BNC on the back looks like it bypasses the filter and amp in the circuit? No clue what that is all about. An axial cap from test point D to the BNC.
