Not a service manual, but it's a good start.
I've tidied up your post - if you copy/paste from Word or similar, the editor tries to preserve the formatting, but it ends up looking a bit odd. If you prefer to use another editor to compose, before pasting it into the editor, click on "View source" (the right-most button on the lower row, just above the text box where you type your reply).
I didn't correct the stuck caps lock, but it is good netiquette to not type in all-caps
