Equipment leads

These are the only sort of leads that fit the Hirschman KLEPS probe (see attached). I cant find anywhere that sells the Anang leads without a multimeter. Does anyone know of any leads that will fit these KLEPS probes? All the ones that I have are too loose and fall out when trying to use them.
