I have a 400MHz Tek 2465B and a Rigol 1054Z on my bench. Between them I can do just about anything I need to do. Both in my professional work and on vintage kit. The Rigol doesn't normally get used for vintage. The Tek is gross overkill for vintage and will normally have its 20MHz bandwidth limiter switched in. I could usefully get a couple of 100:1 probes as 50V per division at the probe tip is marginal for some vintage work.
