20Hz to 48 kHz at much better quality possible on many soundcards.
More basic systems 20Hz to 24 kHz.
Free applications on PC, phones and tablets. A phone or tablet with a four pole 3.5 mm jack socket is needed. There are some old Creative Labs external USB audio boxes that are very good, but even a €7 USB audio "stick" can beat that generator for quality and can work on Android with a USB2Go adaptor. The Creative Labs boxes work on Linux or Windows.
So no need even to assemble one of the IC function generators, which could use the knobs & case. Not many people collect and restore old test gear just to have. There is some value to old RF generators, but IMO little use in the workshop or lab for old audio generators.
