Yes, that's a nice one. Hadn't noticed that before. From a quick look at the manual and the schematic, it looks to be quite a bit nicer than the 138. The rotary encoder is a definite step forward - having a pair of 3-position slide switches to adjust the volts/div is a bit of a pain.
I still haven't gotten around to ordering the case for the JYO138, but might order one of these instead. Hopefully it'll be a lot quieter - it looks like they've addressed the issue very well with the separate analogue PCB.
