The speaker in the KB radio is 35 ohms.
Using the external long wire aerial again tonight. There was a fair bit of activity on SW2 between 19m and 25m bands, SW1 was quite busy especially on the 49m 41m and 31m bands. FM was chock-a-block with all sorts of stations. The only gaps were between R4 and R3 and then again between R3 and R2.
I bought a Global AT-2000 antenna tuner at a boot sale a few of months ago for just a few quid, I must get around to connecting it up.
