It's what started me looking at super-cheap multimeters, partly in the hope of finding something better than these awful sub-£5 units that are so popular, but I'm keen to see what the RS Pro units might have in common with the visually similar Bside units (made by Mastech). In fact, I've just ordered one to see what they're like - we have a fleet of 30 year old Fluke 75s in our electronics lab that could do with being replaced, and getting funding for a batch of Fluke 115s is looking unlikely (despite the ROH we'd get). Funny how it's never a problem to order an expensive broadcast widget with a life of 3 years max, but multimeters aren't sexy!
