On the subject of 'English' Instructions this is what a Mate of mine received with his new Toilet Bowl:-
If I ever have to use his new Facilities he's assured me that he really did 'Drilly in the floor' and the Fixity is in place with the Set screw firmly tightened, so there's no chance of any unexpected failures during normal operations
