Clearly acceptability is to some extent a personal thing. Also, what would be the minimum level of acceptability in an amateur video would not be acceptable to a Proffessional. Finally, the fact that there are worse examples, and you are right there are much worse examples, does not make this one in some way acceptable, it's still rubbish.
I'm not in any way suggesting that the only videos that should be Posted are ones made to Professional Standards. What I am saying is that quite simple changes to technique would lead to a vast improvement, and if everyone maintains a low profile and never says anything the situation will never get any better. Suppose people kept Posting pictures of absolutely appalling soldering. Would we all ignore it 'cause 'there's worse examples'? I think not.
