I note that the frequency is simply shown as 'Hyperband' implying, perhaps that it is tuneable?
The Hyperband is the band above 300MHz and below broadcast Band IV used by European cable networks. (This filled the gap above the Superband between Band III and 300MHz.)

Note also the moulded SHUKO plug on the PSU mains lead which points to it being destined for use in Europe.
The Hyperband, like the UHF bands, contains 8MHz channels, so this would most likely be for System G whereas the channels under 300MHz were all 7MHz wide (System B).
