What a daunting project, and how wonderful that this piece of kit has fallen into your hands. It's just the sort of thing that many of us acquire thinking: 'I'll bring that back to life' then other things take over, and it gets quietly consigned to the loft for another day - sometime never - out of sight, out of mind. It's also an excellent example which shows that the enjoyment and satisfaction we derive from the hobby and indeed, life in general, has little to do with the money expended. Much fun from little outlay.

No wonder you were up till 1.45am posting to this thread!
