Yes. 99% of the bits came out of the 'junk box' - as witnessed by the bits of 'heat-sink' bolted onto the voltage regulators.
The Wein bridge osc. is a standard config. using an LM318 op-amp.: nothing novel there. The F.E.T. is simply used as a voltage-controlled variable resistance: nothing novel there, either.Where possible, I like to keep my designs in-line with the KISS principle.
