Goodness Rob, the tester was on your right hand side as you entered the shop, the old man had the shop first, goodness there was some stuff there, i remember buying old GAC aircraft components, old valve stuff surplus to requirements i guess, then later the son took over, remember the square clock outside with Ted Bird advertised on it, later up opposite the baths, therte was Richards Electrics, Roy Thompson ran that shop, there were bags of capacitors and resistors at silly prices, something like 25 pence, allways computer bits, panels, and or electronic panels, he had a good stock of radio bits...those were the days.....regards....Alan.
