Just out of interest, I've seen several Megger 'Bridge Ohmeters' on our usual hunting grounds, could someone kindly explain what they are for?
From the photos, these seem much larger pieces of equipment, the military ones are usually yellow and come in a lidded box much the same as the AVO military test gear does. The bridge ohmeters have the wind up bit but also four decade knobs which I assume are the 'bridge' bit of the equipment.
