The Dubrow is a fascinating piece and seems to be well appreciated by my fellow vintage electronics anoraks. As you will have read, my fascination with it initially killed it, I was so pleased to recognise the very tatty USM-32 on eBay, realsing the the power transformer would do the job handsomely!
On accountants and Tek, part of what I am saying is that in that era, engineers were respected and worthy of such respect, I doubt they had the battles with the bean counters and "marketing" men that I knew...
