Miraculously, it looks as though the electrics, the meter and the valves have survived the journey, and disheartening though it is, the cabinet should be repairable to its original pre-damaged condition. Personally, I'd use 'Tightbond' which has fast tack and is extremely strong. Though it's light yellow in colour, it sets clear and if clamped, glue lines are invisible. If you have any cracks, if the wood is gently flexed to open the crack slighlty, you can rub Tightbond into the crack, let it close up, clean off any surplus, and cramp the wood till the glue sets.
