GPO meter

Guys
got my hands on a nice GPO meter and case the other day.
Seems the model number is 12TEI 60/MK1, a nice moving coil analogue job.
Seems to work on all resistance ranges and lower voltage ranges.....but..
the pos probe has been badly flashed and there appears no reading on the 1kv ranges.

Quick look inside and nothing looks fried,

Anyone got the circuit and or manual?

Hi Mark, i have looked all over the internet for info on your meter, and nothing, i have a PO meter and a GPO meter, and no circuit info, they must have made thousands, in the smart leather cases
