Does anyone have one of these beasties, goes up to 450 volts too, nice piece of old Avo kit, bought for £5.00 ....Regards....Alan.

Yep. Mine's in the gallery, very useful piece of equipment.

If it's new to you, watch out when you set the right hand range to 'Leak' as it sticks 220-240 volts on the output even if you haven't selected a voltage setting on the left hand range. e.g Scale 5-55 on the LH range and 'Leak' on the right.

This is the inside though I've now changed the electrolytics and the 0.5 capacitor which was leaking.
