There are 8 digit LCD counter from China on e-bay for less than £12.00 post free, which range from 100kHz to 1.1 GHz. (IF offsets can be programmed as desired).
4V input signal required for the Bangood one doesn't sound very sensitive - the claimed sensitivity for the one at the link below is:
0.1MHz ~ 10MHz: better than 50mVPP
10MHz ~ 60MHz: superior to 50mVPP
60MHz ~ 75MHz: not tested
