How is it though for RFI Nick?

TBH, I've only used it a couple of times at 90V for small portables, and it's been fine - I did encase it in an FR4 box though, with feed through caps and a pi filter on the output.

Its very small and highly efficient - runs happily off a 12V wall wart.

I've been playing with inverters for HT. The RFI is one of the big problems, especially when the design of the host radio is such that the switching power supply is INSIDE the frame aerial.

How is it though for RFI Nick?

I built one, terrible RFI. Perhaps I need to screen it better and use feed through caps as Nick suggests.

Hi.
I'd like to make one or two but the PCB is the issue.
