My wife and I are considering downsizing and I have reluctantly decided that my collection of radios, instrument and test equipment must be culled. An auctioneer has viewed the collection and will shortly be photographing and cataloguing the items prior to the sale on 15th September. If you decide to stop maintaining it you may wish to contact the moderators here at GVR to see if can be archived as part of this site. Regardless of how it's maintained or archived, it should live on thanks to the Wayback Machine.

Yes, can I thank you as well for the extraordinary resource you compiled and provided. 12 years ago I had no Avos, now I have many dozens, and all have been carefully acquired (and cherished) by using the detailed model descriptions you provided. I cannot count the number of times that I have checked something out on your site. It must be many hundreds!
So thanks again, and good luck with the downsize.
