RGD B56A Transistor radio

I recently bought this radio, it is a RGD B56A and uses OC44 etc transistors, and is powered by 2, 6v PP1 batteries.
It looks kind of odd with its different sized controls. I was wondering if anybody has one and if they can confirm if the volume control is original, or if not has a photo of an original.
I wonder if PaulRK will pop in.

Unfortunately you will not be aware that the Mike Edwards who posted that picture on the Radiomuseum site is none other than our own Crackle, so you are comparing two pictures of the same radio!
