Yes fine if the infrastructure can be sorted out. The problem is the disasters in our infrastructure that are even on the news today..... namely the rail network.
One other issue is remote areas, not often well served with power and facilities, if we can't get it right in towns an cities then the Highlands of Scotland and other parts of England and Wales really will loose out.
