Thanks Jeffrey for that detailed explanation, I may revisit the oversampler coefficients.
I just checked the VHDL files to see how much down the test card frequency gratings are in 5:4 mode. The 4:3 pixel clock is 8.743 MHz while the 5:4 pixel clock is 7.938 MHz so the frequency gratings in 5:4 will be approximately 90.74% of what they are in 4:3. Which will be approximately 0.91, 1.36, 1.81, 2.27 and 2.72 MHz.
