Would prefer collection in person / fcs, where do you live (roughly)?
Rob.
I've dug out all the info I can find. I've since changed the values of R29 & R30, to increase the ranges slightly.
The last drawing is a rough arrangement of the original 545A p/s.
Alan, I've had a look at the transformer, it's not identical but has a similar number of windings. You'll have some working out to do, but should prove suitable.
Rob.
I keep an eye out for scrappers for just such a project but it would have to be really scrap or I'd want to mend it.
545A PSU diagram attached.

545A PSU now thats what you call a power supply

The 545A PSU, i agree with Rob. Now this is a real power supply.....Alan.
Hi glowinganode, Rob nice circuit, looks like a power supply is in the pipeline, for the next project....Thanks....Alan.
Hi, checked out the tranny earlier.
It's a bit rusty but looks a nos spare part as the tags have never been soldered to (until now).
It's not from a 545A, as there are fewer windings and of lower voltage.
Maybe came from a similar model but without the distributed Y amp or a lower bandwidth (535?).
It has several 6.3V windings, so it must have been valve kit, but could have been hybrid (545B?).
I did try googling the part number, but no joy.
I even started going through tek manual downloads and checking the parts list, but as it's a nos item it may be an updated part.
Rob.
Rob,
If no-one else wants it I'll drive down to your place and get ir.

Let's see what shaman says as he asked first, but ultimately it will go to whoevercan arrange collection first.
I can bring it to Dunstable Downs or Cottered if that helps.
Rob.
Hi Rob, can you post at my cost, if not let Alan have it, i dont mind, what ever is easier for you....regards....Alan.
