[attachment=4668]Here is a picture of my 545B Tektronics Oscilloscope, i think one of the finest make of scopes, with approx 70 valves, large fan, with filter kept clean often, and 4 spare plug in amps, its still versatile for older equipment, runs so good, nice in winter, i also have a 535A Scope. Both have all the their manuals, that came with them so i am told....Alan.
I remember them from my day release days at tech.

[attachment=4687]Hi, here is a picture of my other 535B Tektronics Oscilloscope, on its own tek stand showing spare amps....Alan.

I've got a 547 with a Yorkshire Television sticker on it Tongue
I've also got a 1A2 and a CA.
Luke (mendipviews) has a trolly for me when I can manage to catch up with him.
I was amused by the Title. Was there a small version then?
Alan

Hi Alan, well i knew you had good taste in scopes, the small version is a joke, these beasts sure go well once warmed up, the display is good too, i have a completish set of spare valves for these scopes, funny thing an American scope company from the Isle of Wight, with Canadian Rogers valves in, even Mullard too......Alan.
It is indeed a splendid beast, but not entirely valve, only having 34 plus tube I think.
At moment it's got a PSU fault, at least I think that's what's stopping it working Sad
Alan
Hi Alan, yes they do have a sprinkling of early transistors, do you have a service sheet for yours, if not then just shout i can scan a copy of the manual, or look at the link below....regards....Alan.
