Have a look at the new tester. It is an Aerovox Capacitor and Resistor Bridge Analyzer model 75 and runs on 110 volts and it was made in 1938 in the USA.
1 Capacity bridge
2 Resistance Bridge
3 Insulation Resistance Test
4 Vaacuum-valve Voltmeter
5 Milliammeter
6 millvoltmeter
7 Voltmeter
8 Variable Power Supply.
I have fitted new capacitors and a new power lead. Then put the power on to it with a variac. On testing the variable power suppy you can get voltage between 15 and 600 volts DC on testing with a Avo 8 and a Multimeter the reading on meter scale on the analyzer was good. The next work to do is change one or two Resistors that look to have had a hard life.
